Lila Azam Zanganeh at Nexus Institute 10 April 2014 on Love & Literature
NEXUS Institute's invited authoress Lila Azam Zanganeh to present the masterclass 2014, titled 'Love & Literature'. What do we feel when we are in love? And what if we are gripped by a novel? How is love presented in literature? What books can tell us about love? We read differently when we are in love? And we love differently if we have read about love? What can great writers teach us? About butterflies in your stomach, passion and tenderness, but also about forbidden love in forms such as incest and adultery? How changes reading the way we look at the world? And what is the relationship between the 'real' life and literature?

Author Lila Azam Zanganeh is looking for answers with audience in a masterclass. Hereby is used the beautiful novella First Love (1860) from the Russian grandmaster Turgenev as a guide through the maze of love and literature.
